      The compensation for the job was fair.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch. High turnover in all departments at all levels, up to and including their C-suite. Limited career growth. Small pay raises.

      Pros

      Co workers and team are the best part of the job. The products are top of the line and customer base is strong.

      Cons

      Compensation is lacking. You may carry a job title for one position but do the work of 3 and you wont get paid for it. Morale is very low and Upper Management is not focused on the employees, just the bottom line numbers.
