Axalta is an unethical place, the leadership team would much prefer maintain poor management in place than retain their dedicated loyal employees who have fully immersed themselves in the business and created wealth in many areas that had not been done so before. If you are an employee who enjoys politics and deceit and will keep your head down and work to you are the perfect candidate for the company. Please note once you have served your purpose you will be strategically replaced.

This place is walking a thin line between being a great place to work to just another bullet point on my resume. The management here doesn't care about work/life balance. They do not like to be challenge or given solution from people who don't have a degree. The tone from management is shut up, make me some pounds, and pocket as much money as possible. One more thing, do not ask for supplies. The respond you will get is we can't afford that right now.
