      Everyone's input is requested and appreciated, field roles are very flexible

      Got laid off during another round of organizational changes, company is still trying to define culture since splitting from DuPont, vacation allowance is very low

      Fast pace, quick growth, new standards, still goong through a lot of change that creates opportunities, a lot of room for young ambitoous people

      Pressure, respect, long term plans are missing, only thing that matters is ebitda, too focused on cost reductions to drive stock value
