      Working from home. ...thats it

      Cons

      Very unfair company for a temp. no pro no bonus and you miss out on certain perks (they had professional massagers come in to give out massages to everybody except temps) they keep giving you work until your literally working the whole 8 hours including through breaks. They literally keep asking you can you do this can you do this can you do this. They hire outside of the company rather that somebody who has worked their way up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

      Leadership Turnover Says Everything

      - Pay is decent - Great internship program

      Cons

      - High turnover with leadership - Little to no transparency with employees regarding the future of the company - Work/life balance does not exist - No onboarding and most expect you to figure out the answers to basic housekeeping questions on your own - Institutional knowledge dies with the turnover - Managers don't look at the big picture and are simply "yes people" trying to score larger bonuses - Culture isn't a concern to leadership

      Pros

      Co workers and team are the best part of the job. The products are top of the line and customer base is strong.

      Cons

      Compensation is lacking. You may carry a job title for one position but do the work of 3 and you wont get paid for it. Morale is very low and Upper Management is not focused on the employees, just the bottom line numbers.
