      Pros

      The people at your same level are amazing!

      Cons

      Upper management has changed recently. They do not care at all about the workers at the lower level. For example customer service, warehouse, credit, and other in their words menial all positions. Pay is non-competitive two other companies in the local area. Benefits are subpar. The overall do not care about the people only the bottom line.

      The work is easy. There isn't much that is too difficult to do.

      Cons

      Practically no promotion into other roles. Great first time job to get some experience, but if you want to build a career, don't plan on staying here.

      They have pretty new graphics that look cool.

      Cons

      This company doesn't care about the business or the employees. It just cares about reducing people to produce revenue for their Stockholders. - The are removing all the knowledge and experienced people from the Standox/Spies Hecker brand, and lumping them under Cromax. What a terrible shame for 2 great companies that brought im High Revenues for the DuPont Performance Coatings group for many years.
