There are a lot of good people trying to do the right things...there are many positive changes taking place and new FLS supervisors are working extremely hard, while learning their roles
Cons
Negative cliques and lack of diversity in upper management, need more employee engagement and ability to cut through rhetoric and red tape to get things done. Budget constraints and employment uncertainty, strains the organization. Need more open and transparent communication good or bad, so employees can make the right decisions for their families.
