      When other companies hear that Axalta is associated with DuPont they get happy

      Cons

      The work environment is extremely toxic and catty.The other customer service reps are mean girls and will constantly tell on each other or go out their way to have you in trouble

      this is your standard traditional corporate environment, they don't care about their employees happiness, don't recognize work well done, or have any amazing benefits. forced back to office to "collaborate" when everyone sits in their cubes in silence and calls into meetings at their computer. if you are looking for a job you are not passionate about with 0 culture and just want to collect a paycheck, this is for you
