A lot of nice people

Cons

Management days they understand but do not act accordingly to keep the unrealistic workload on some employees from becoming soul-crushing. Too many people set up for failure and it can be a very stressful place to work every day. Work-life balance is very poor for some people.

Good compensation and benefits. Ability to advance and the company wants to see you succeed.

Cons

Very strained resources at times. There’s always a push to do more without adequate support to make sure it’s possible. Company isn’t afraid to reduce pay/bonuses to meet objectives.

New R&D facility, small and young group of employees. The company made quite a lot of investments in research facilities. Eager to get their name out there. Good environment to grow in career.

Cons

Because the management and the company is relatively new (They spun off from DuPont a few years ago) there is still not a solid career progression map or policies, which can be frustrating at times.
