      Change isn’t always good or so they think…

      Pros

      The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Management staff are stuck in their ways. They weren’t very welcoming of continuous improvement ideas. Too much favoritism because they all use to work together on the floor. When a new idea was rolled out they stuck to doing the old way plus the new way (doubling work).

      -Top performers get slammed with the work, while poor performers get out of doing their own work because "they just don't want to do it" -Management talks the talk but then doesn't support you when you need it -Work-life balance was nonexistent
