Cons
Big turnover due to unrealistic expectations from management. Management hires contract technicians and they target those with science degrees. Students out of college looking for a place to get lab experience before moving on. Much added stress to senior technicians to complete work while trying to train new hires that leave in ~3 years. Very little opportunity for advancement.
