      Pros

      Great pay and benefits for all employees

      Cons

      Big turnover due to unrealistic expectations from management. Management hires contract technicians and they target those with science degrees. Students out of college looking for a place to get lab experience before moving on. Much added stress to senior technicians to complete work while trying to train new hires that leave in ~3 years. Very little opportunity for advancement.

      -Decent pay - 80k+ -Decent Benefits -Small bonus given each year -Small raise given each year >3% usually - Interesting work

      Cons

      - Poor working conditions/ hazardous to your health usually - They took away overtime at one point and when they gave it back it was straight time instead of 1.5x. - Very poor management and decisions based off favoritism more than anything. - You do not feel important. More like a number than a person. They will use you for their gain. - If you want to advance, you will probably have to relocate to a different state.
