      Pros

      Leadership handled Covid very well. Not perfectly, but reasonably and respectably. They also listened to the workforce, allowing as much WFH as each team wants, scrapping initial plans to bring people back and going as far as to close the global headquarters in downtown Philly. The CEO is personable and makes all the right noises about caring about the employees.

      Cons

      There's been a de facto hiring freeze in IT, and the company is bleeding people. This is in part a compensation issue with the current inflation (although overall comp is competitive), but a major piece can be put at the feet of a lack of career pathing and development.
