      Pros

      There are tons of opportunities to learn at Axalta. It's a fairly large company but teams are small and there's a lot of work to go around. Compensation & benefits are pretty standard.

      Cons

      The culture isn't great, and there's a lot of pressure from management that leads to unreasonable deadlines, overworked employees, taking credit of work. etc. It seems like new leadership is attempting to rebuild the culture.
