Pros

Not much..they pay well for the job..the paint ..the colors

Cons

They don't care about you..first line management a joke...2nd line management have no clue what they are doing..."yes people"...senior managers are a joke, they should go.. Stop advancing people up the ranks that keep failing on previous projects... If your a kiss up you will do well.

Pros

Good colleagues to work with

Cons

Human resource organization is very lame. They can’t solve any conflict between management and employees’ performance issues. Everything is controlled by a few powerful upper managers. It is the worst company to work for.

Pros

There are a lot of great people to work with. They hold a good portion of business in the OEM & Refinish. Benefits & pay are very good.

Cons

Executive level decisions to grow the business are being made at the expense of current business. Current account teams are expected to do more work with less resources & customers are complaining. New technologies aren't being developed in an organized fashion. The company is not sure what it wants to be when it "grows up"
