      Axalta has been aggressive in seeking out new customers and markets.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued appropriately for their contributions, especially the legacy employees who worked for DuPont prior to the creation of Axalta.

      Great benefits and good people to work with. Working here has given me the opportunity to meet new people and network to potentially move up in the company.

      I would never allow someone I know to work at this company. They lie and do not follow guidelines when you have an issue with a supervisor. They bully you only to ignore you being retaliated against.
