Great place to work for anyone who is willing to put in the work
Pros
- Axcient has a suite of solutions that are at the cutting edge and just fun to sell. - SLT is very supportive and they are invested in your success. The C level will hop on calls, meet to discuss ideas and they have complete open door policy (yes, even when working remotely). - support team is fantastic at every level. Very easy to engage with the team. - Sales engineering team is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. - overall, this is a great place to work if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Each person that I work with takes pride and ownership in their position. It's not a place for anyone that is not willing to put in the time, things are quite transparent here. It is a true TEAM mentality, people rely on each other and I truly enjoy working with this team. - no micro management, they trust that you will do your job.
Cons
- multiple time zone with everyone working remotely. - have to make an effort for work/ life balance. there is not enough time in the day to get everything done. - multiple solutions to learn and sell. - some systems are fragmented so you need to be flexible and just adapt.
