Get to work with some great people

Cons

Upper management seems to purposely ignore what employees want and need. They act like they know better than the people doing the job every day. They will give false hope that they'll start listening and you'll think things might get better....but they just keep doing what they think is best.

Thank you for posting this review. We apologize if you do not feel like you were heard and encourage you to speak with your manager about this. Many times, managers receive feedback from multiple sources and have to take an action based on factors of which you may not be aware.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you did not feel valued. We have instituted numerous communication vehicles for employees, including a monthly employee newsletter, quarterly all employee town hall meetings, monthly celebrations and employee meetings. We continue to work on improving our communication and driving a positive culture. It takes time but we are getting good input and feedback from Axiom employees.
