Lack of management, they don’t really give you rich or wrong answers. Nobody knows what they are doing.

Pros

I've worked at Axiom for almost 3 years and love it! There is great work-life balance, supportive managers, and great teamwork. We have a committee that plans corporate activities for holidays and other events which makes coming to work fun. It's a small bank so you get to know various levels throughout the organization and typically get quicker response times to questions/concerns. In addition, I've acquired additional job skills in the HR field throughout my time here and have tremendous support from my managers and team.
