Pros
PEOPLE. This is probably the BEST thing about Allied. You have genuinely good people that work here. When that happens, there is trust, and trust is critical to a good work environment. Not only are they good people, but they are a lot of fun to be around.
LEADERSHIP. I cannot say enough good things about our President’s leadership style. She fosters a collaborative environment and is open to new ideas from all team members on anything, which makes for an evolving environment that is always improving and never stagnant. She trusts you to do your job and do it well. She is also quick to provide training, resources, etc.; whatever you need to be successful.
ENVIRONMENT. The culture here is one where people work hard yet they also make it fun at the same time. There is a strong sense of community here and we do a lot of fun team building activities – cooking classes, happy hours, catered lunches, axe throwing, escape rooms, etc.
BENEFITS. The benefits here are fantastic. There are multiple health plan options to select from (including an HSA), a generous amount of time off, and they even go the extra mile in the smaller details, like compensating you for getting your annual physical.
While I am very satisfied working here, I can also say that if I were a business owner looking for financing, this team would be my #1 choice as I have seen from the inside-out how clients are treated. Highly recommended.
