Pros

Very refreshing in the journalism world to have bosses who care about the overall wellbeing of the whole staff. I feel supported in my reporting and also personally with great benefits and fair pay.

Cons

It's hard to keep the creative flow going as we all work totally remote.

• Less clarity on role/responsibility sometimes due to startup culture • May lack structure on how one could get promoted to the next level

-Transparent management and leadership -Incredible pandemic-related benefits and flexibility -Amazing culture and colleague relationships -Logical/supportive virtual onboarding

Cons

-Only one I can think of is no 401k match but minor compared to the other benefits provided (equity, comp, benefits)
