All R&D is focused in one place - efficient Very strong team feeling, working together towards the goal. In general good benefits; supporting sports activities; you get a bike when you start Good balance between work and life

Cons

The company is growing fast and the organization is sometimes lagging behind.

Great pay, training, benefits and people. 3 weeks vacation to start? Ok! With the world headquarters being based in Sweden, this company has a different approach to employee benefits and personal time than most all other US-based companies. Their compensation package was generous. And probably best of all was that the people working for the company were sharp, positive, and had very little stuffing in their shirts.

Cons

Trimmed up the company - five divisions turned into one.
