Outstanding reputation Great company culture Initial training is great Always someone there to help you if it’s needed. Incredible sales team and senior management.

Cons

Management fails to address issues which can lead to grossly unbalanced workload for some creating burnout. Benefits are better for young people and people starting families, while older people and those unable to have families tend to fall off the radar. High turn around, no focus on employee retention.
