Pros

The job has some of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with and both regular employees and managers were incredibly great and helpful in just about everything possible.

Cons

The compensation in both benefits and pay is nowhere near industry standard for many of their positions and is glossed over with with their commitment to the "company culture" The insistence on coming back to work while covid cases are going up alongside requiring employees to fly out to an in person event at the beginning of the year also makes it greatly appear that they value the look of being normal over their own employees health and safety. If you every have to deal with corporate in Sweden expect to add another 6-12 months to whatever you are working on as despite an insistence on matters going through them they take absolutely no interest in the wellbeing of the individual regions and take no responsibility for anything caused by them.

Pros

Good benefits. Don't make waves and you'll do just fine. The nail that sticks up gets hammered down.

Cons

The nail that sticks up gets hammered down. Very socialisitic. Similiar to working for a Japanese company. Ultra-conservative. Decision by committee. Not a place for an entreprenuer. Inflationary salary wages. Becoming a big company - less nimble and more bureaucratic. Anytime you have to remind your emplpyees what the "core values" are. you are in trouble.

Pros

Great products. When I stated and for many years it was amazing.

Cons

Axis Promoted some people into management positions. Some of these guys have no business being in a leadership role. Lots of behind-your-back negative talk about everyone. Terrible leaders and very high turnover, yet HR and Axis Senior leadership turn a blind eye to it. I saw so much going on, and even when reported, the same rotten eggs are still at Axis, continuing to lower morale and reputation.
