      Axis are a company that put you first above all else. Their company culture is infectious, and you will most definitely work with amazing people, and be involved with amazing technology that is truly changing the world.

      Cons

      Axis can improve by promoting from within, and having more of a clear structure, on what the steps are in order to get to a new role or a promotion, if that is what you are looking for.
