Axis Communications reviews

I believe Axis is a great company. Not being from the industry, it is amazing to see how much we can elevate our education about it through this organization. We have many technology partners, certification opportunities, and natural networking that I have not seen in my previous tech services industry. I think this is not a place to stay complacent, but rather to make use of the opportunity of being a main player in the physical network tech industry. I have learned so much about physical network hardware, and how it ties into IT, security, operations, and electricity. Its just really cool to be able to openly meet people well versed in different things, but maybe it's also because I like to ask questions. I think the only thing holding me back is the pay. Being in sales, I am used to getting paid a bit more for the work I do, but it's not a bad compensation structure, with great benefits, good amount of PTO, and really being next to smart people that like their job.

Amazing culture, benefits, work life balance, management, location, opportunity for growth, great facility. From the minute I walked in the door on the first day, I was made to feel like a welcomed member of the family! Everyday something new far exceeds my expectations!
