* A lot of incredibly talented people. * Information and technology happily shared throughout the company to help everyone and the company grow * While the salary is not the best, the opportunities and other compensations more than make up for it. * A very safe environment for everyone, discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in the slightest

Cons

* Low wage * Some groups within the company strongly lack any passion for their work and are ok with just doing the minimum, which is supported by their superiors. (Though not by the founder who still works there)

Axis is the market leader for network video solutions. So stability is a big deal, especially today where companies are always absorbing other companies. The people are great. Your opinions and voice matter. Great perks and team building events. Excellent Benefits and flexibility!

Cons

Just a few growing pains but nothing to really complain about.
