Axis is a great place to work and to call a second home. I work for Axis in Ontario, Canada. We have a great team and culture. You will get all you need to excel in your career. Axis is a reflection of us the team that makes it. I Enjoy working here and do my best to contribute to the success of Axis. For me it ticks all the requirements to be a great place to work.

Can't think of any! maybe to many Fikas.:) if you are reading this and wondering what is a Fika, it is a kind of swidesh break for snaks and coffee.

Interesting projects, nice colleagues, worktime flexibility, overall positive and constructive attitude, open and clear high leadership.

Cons

Not so flexible on work from home, not competitive regarding salaries, some internal politics stalling innovation.
