Good workplace if you are a beginner or very good work life balance. There are quite many experts who are willing to genuinely help others as well.

Cons

Position need not relate to expertise, but it equates to number of years one has spend in Axis. Severe resistance to change, or unwillingness to accept new ways of working/technology. Not Invented Here Syndrome! Compared to other companies in the region, the way the pandemic was dealt and the employees were cared for, were really poor.
