Thanks for sharing this review and feedback. We agree, Axon is a great company with an important mission and exceptional culture. Learning and development is critical to our success. We’re building programs for our future, including organic offerings, tailored training and expanded new hire orientations with touch points during every employee’s first 90 days with us. We also continuously iterate on our manager training.
There isn't one person who isn't passionate about the work the company is doing. Whenever there might be a slow or grueling day/project, you quickly become reminded of the importance of your work.
Leadership cares about the employees, and ensures a healthy/fun environment.
Values are well defined and drive the culture.
Cons
While it is good at times that Axon still has a "start-up" feel, the lack of processes can create breakdown across teams and cause frustration, errors, and bad practices. (The good news is people recognize this and are always improving!)

The introduction and on-boarding has been great and I am thrilled with the reception they have given me!
Coming from a very large organization, I was a little bit used to feeling invisible sometimes, but this is not that kind of shop. I feel confident I will be able to contribute and work closely with other teams to help deliver - and leverage all the internal knowledge I can to make me successful.
