      Ability to work in a program that is highly sought after and thought of highly by the company and executives Ability to try different areas to determine the best fit as a young professional Large amount of support from teams and executives

      Cons

      Once you feel comfortable in role you switch - but its still great to dip your toes in that water!

      though they are remote friendly, in person is highly encouraged, seems to get more incentives
