      Very disappointing

      Pros

      I guess a pro would be they gave you free shirts.

      Cons

      Everything is about the office people. The assemblers are treated like pos's. They're not aloud to talk on the line. Way under paid. If you worked over 10 years your number was soon to be called. The president sucked his way to the top and doesn't know how to talk to people, he talks down at them, that's why you will never see him on tv talking about anything.

      Good Company with a lot of problems

      Pros

      This company seems to have a lot of opportunities, if you are the highly educated person from the right college. They have a number of perks that other companies do not and the pay is in the med range if anything.

      Cons

      This company is always looking to prevent it's self, but if they keep certain people that are really controlling the work environment they will never more past and move forward. If you want to move up in this company you will need too know the right people or you will get over looked every time.

      If you didn't attend Harvard, your career at Axon will have limits

      Advanced sales training and educational courses. Exciting and progressive products.

      Cons

      Harvard interns were fast-tracked, given preferential treatment, and compensated better than long-term, productive employees.
