everyone is passionate about the work they do, makes for great culture

Cons

though they are remote friendly, in person is highly encouraged, seems to get more incentives

Pros

The mission. Few companies offer the opportunity to make such a tangible an positive impact on the world that Axon and its products do. It not only fuels you on a day to day basis to know you are a part of it, but it also brings employees together for an aligned goal in a very special way. High YoY growth- resulting in stability, immense opportunities for growth, challenging and inspiring work, and a great deal of impact. Transparency and communication are encouraged. The leadership team works tirelessly to ensure that all employees have direct line of sight to what is happening across the business, along with fostering an environment in which communication is a two way street. For a company with a dynamic business model going through accelerated growth, this connectivity and communication is key and Axon does it exceptionally well. Exceptional team members/employees. Axon has a big focus on hiring bright individuals who are also willing and able to Join Forces to drive exceptional outcomes. I have learned and grown so much by being surrounded by so many bright and committed individuals. Human first approach to employees. Between remote working opportunities, unlimited PTO, and an overarching understanding that employees are full people who have lives and priorities outside of our professional lives, it truly feels as though we are encouraged to be our full selves and grace is extended when those other items need to be focused on.

Cons

Priorities and direction can change somewhat swiftly as a result of tackling problems or situations we haven't encountered before (flip side of that high growth coin). As with all companies, this one is not for everyone. Being resilient and operating in ambiguity are a requirement, as is being understanding to the fact that the company is still going through maturation.
