Thank you for sharing your feedback and thoughts. While we’re glad elements of your time with us were positive, we’re disappointed to hear you felt let down. Our mission to Protect Life comes first and, like you, we feel a connection to the meaningful work we do. We’re solving some of society’s biggest problems, which attracts passionate people who care deeply about what they do. We recognize that in pursuit of these goals there are things we can do better, including improved facilitation of work life balance and further development of onboarding across the business. Our leadership has identified these two areas and is working hard to solve them—hiring more headcount, supporting employees to take time to unplug, reassessing our benefits and building out more robust onboarding plans. In addition, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can feel safe and welcome, and we will be investigating these claims.
