Pros
While most companies missions target servicing their customer base, Axon wants to make the world a better place for all - by making the bullet obsolete and making public safety transparent and safe for both sides. That's a lofty and inspiring goal that definitely makes Axon the most exciting place to work for in the PHX valley. Moreover, unlike other tech outfits, Axon actually makes money, so they are on target with paying bonuses and providing other incentives.
Cons
It is a medium size company that is clearly still going through some growing pains as it transforms into a global technology provider. There are some gaps in processes and procedures, which can be viewed as either cons or opportunities.
