      Good Culture - Still working on processes

      The company culture was great and they did a good job of taking care of employees, even when the company was 400+

      Cons

      When I left they were still working on paying off technical debt from poor management choices years ago.

      The Mission-- Protecting life and truth Highly talented team Functions like a 1200 person start up. The company moves fast.

      Cons

      If you rely on rigid structure, Axon is not the company for you Unapologetic regarding finding and retaining top talent...and cycling out low performers

      Amazing Company Mission, Leadership Team and Culture

      Pros

      -innovative, fast paced culture -leadership team is transparent and open to feedback -recruitment process was extremely smooth. On day one, I felt extremely welcomed and my manager had thought through my on-boarding experience -fast growing company that tends to promote from within

      Cons

      -there are a lot of cool things the company does for the local communities and law enforcement. Would be great to share more broadly some of that work in company meeting s and communications -new hire orientation tends to focus on history up until 2007- there is so much more to touch on
