      Simply stated, this is the best company I've ever worked for, and here are some reasons why: -Massive growth potential both from a market perspective and personal career perspective -Transformative technology company going from a hardware company to a hardware + software company -Company that actually believes in what it's doing, and it's a good thing to do - Protect Life. Protect Truth. -Really fun people and culture

      Too much hyper-growth and opportunity! But seriously, while not a a perfect company, I can't think of any structural cons.

      Pros

      - Everyone at TASER is passionate about their work, friendly, and talented. - Work-life balance is pretty good, though largely left up to the employee to maintain. As long as you are getting your stuff done, everyone is happy. - Company honestly makes an effort to do good in the world, despite the semi-frequent negative claims in the press.

      Cons

      - Company is experiencing some growing pains with the expansion into the software world, causing some strange tensions between departments.

      No one is ever satisfied with average work. Everyone is striving to be the best. Open door policy - even the CEO has a cubicle, not an office!
