      No one is ever satisfied with average work. Everyone is striving to be the best. Open door policy - even the CEO has a cubicle, not an office!

      Helping law enforcement, military and civilians protect the public and themselves from violent criminals. Open-ended room for improvement, typically good product vision. Continuing improvement is generally welcome, sometimes very well supported in certain areas/fields.

      Not enough bodies in the needed areas! Need more help!
