Pros

The product is mission driven and does have real purpose. You work on stuff that can help people.

Cons

A couple of things: - Going forward, all new hires must come into the office 4 days a week but anyone who was hired before a certain date gets to stay remote. So you go into the office for no reason? - There is a curve here, and there is a stack ranking and firing that goes on. A certain percentage of people must be fired or "managed out" and if you don't think it will happen to you then you just haven't been around long enough. - Cross collaboration between pillars (think divisions) is non-existent. It's pulling teeth.

Pros

Great mission, good compensation, tech is amazing, exciting vibes. Nice people.

Cons

Terrible work life balance; every employee I interact with works 60+ hours per week. Many are burned out. The company’s goals and drive don’t match the headcount.

Pros

Engineers are exceptionally competent and a pleasure to work with! Decent benefits, great stocks, and "unlimited" PTO. Very flexible workspace. Fantastic transparency from high ups, with regular Q&A sessions. Career growth is decent.

Cons

Management is extremely unstable, and has a very high turnover rate. This has a negative impact on team culture and career growth. Product management is virtually non-existent in certain areas, which is a challenge. Also health insurance switched to United, which has way worse coverage.
