Management tries to act like they care at first, but you quickly find out that it's nothing more than all talk. The moment co-workers and management have an excuse to fire you, they will. The majority of people that work at the Axon warehouse are immature and they love to gossip and talk bad about everyone that's not part of their close nit groups. A very toxic environment and it's filled with people who are looking to harass and belittle others. The work itself is ok, but they constantly ask for more and they have a habit of measuring your every move.
