Most of the developers are great to work with. Hard working, humble, and open.

Cons

Project management and management in general is a mess. Extremely unorganized and unable to prioritize work in any meaningful way. Deadlines were never even close to being met.

-Freedom to focus on frontend, backend, or fullstack -Freedom to lead initiatives that will benefit the team and/or organization -Friendly team and staff -There are opportunities to lead projects and grow as an engineer -Great core values -Great work culture

Cons

-The organization I worked in has a startup vibe which meant many changes. Some big and some small -Sometimes you can be left with a big task and little support due to others being busy -My Team didn't have a manager for the first couple of months -Onboarding experience was not smooth -Added to on-call rotation within 6 months
