Appreciate the feedback! There's definitely a lot of room to learn and grow at Axos. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. The bonuses are paid out twice a year and comprise a mix of cash and stock; the stock awards typically vest over a period of three years. We've taken steps in recent years to improve opportunities for professional advancement within our organization.

Great trainers!!! But over exaggerated employee titles

Pros

The staff was super friendly and supportive ! My trainer Lydia was always there to help me to learn and eagerly sought out my thoughts to ensure a better working environment.

Cons

As a finance major... the term banker refers to something completely different... wasn’t expecting it to mean “call center”. The position is highly structured and monitored on an absurd level, in my opinion, but it just might be because I don’t know the culture that is call centers. Loved the company just wish I was in a different position that suited my degree field better.
