Pros

Great location, fun & knowledgeable coworkers, high level of responsibility given early in your career and performance is rewarded through semi annual bonuses (in addition to raise/promotion). If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding place to grow Axos will be a good fit.

Job is okay, benefits are average, pay is decent.

Cons

A bit chaotic for an organization as old as Axos. Bonuses are cash and RSUs, the RSU aspect sucks as you have to wait years before you recognize your bonus. In order to receive my full bonus I have to work 3 additional years.

The upside potential of restricted stock units (RSU) is to generate wealth that an all-cash bonus doesn’t offer. Your receipt of a share grant is indicative of our desire to provide you with an ownership stake. You get the chance to enjoy an increase in stock price over time.
