Pros

Good opportunity for career growth with hands-on experience and the ability to make meaningful, impactful contributions. I was empowered to help enhance existing processes, driving greater efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Cons

My immediate team was great, but the broader company culture felt rigid, and the emphasis on work-life balance was inconsistent across the organization.

Pros

Modern banking environment, decent compensation, and friendly teammates. Company serious about investing in new tools and technology. Not an easy job (tough to deal with so many accounts, payments, and financial tools), but the managers are helpful and always ready to guide. Opportunities to expand my knowledge and improve my skills.

Cons

Digital bank, so no face-to-face interaction with customers; many compliance and security requirements.
