      Good and Bad.

      Pros

      I learned many new skills, and worked with many talented people. It is fast paced, and many fun challenges. Working with all teams in the office was a great experience.

      Cons

      Communication from HQ and management in general, needs improvement. False promises are expected and typically do not get followed through. Remote work is forbidden, and frowned upon. Upper management lacks professionalism.

The office environment provides opportunities for collaboration and spontaneous interaction that simply doesn't happen virtually. We believe that when we make promises or other commitments, that we accept the responsibility of making all reasonable efforts to fulfil these commitments. We hope you addressed this with your manager.
