Pros

We're constantly innovating. I analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to help guide strategy. The services are a standout, and I get to see how it performs against competitors. My manager is experienced and gives me room to run with projects. The team is smart and supportive.

Cons

Some data requests come in at the last minute, and the deadlines can be unrealistic.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Innovation and strong market awareness are core to how Axos competes, and that work often requires close collaboration across teams and the ability to move quickly as priorities evolve. We value managers who empower their teams with ownership and trust, and we’re glad to hear that approach is resonating. At the same time, we recognize that operating in a dynamic environment can create compressed timelines and urgent data needs. We continue to focus on improving planning, communication, and cross functional alignment so teams can balance speed with sustainability. Feedback like this helps reinforce where we’re strong and where we can continue to refine how work gets done.

Pros

Bonuses were based on performance and generous to generally match actual performance so that was nice but half is stock that is 3 year vesting and most people don't stay longer than a year.

Cons

Pay is what it is but to be told there's no range but then find out there is one later just leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Compensation is guided by a merit based philosophy that rewards individual performance. Pay decisions reflect a combination of factors, including role scope, experience, market considerations, and demonstrated impact. While base pay may not always be negotiable, performance based incentives and bonuses are a key component of our overall rewards structure and are designed to recognize contributions over time.
