Pros

Office location and environment are nice

Cons

Workload is shared and the team does not conduct any sort of KPI. Productivity is not valued in that team. Also the management often doesn't approve your PTO.

We hope you brought this up with a manager. Your SMART goals are to be set during your first 30 days as a part of your onboarding. Axos offers vacation and sick time to be used as accrued.

Pros

- Beautiful San Diego. - Free company lunch (usually tacos) once a while.

Cons

- Company culture seems cold - employees seems don't enjoy working there. No "Hello“ or "How are you" when walking by. - Feels stingy and shady - I was entitled to receive 20% bonus at the time of leaving the company, but they used an excuse to refuse to give it to me.

One of our purposes is to create a desirable work environment that inspires those to work hard and enjoy their time here. There are social opportunities throughout Axos for Team Members that are interested. In order to receive your bonus, you must be employed at Axos on the day the bonus is paid.

Pros

Good Location, no more pros at all

Cons

1)All 4-star and 5-star reviews are fake and written directly by HR. The real average rating of reviews is 1.5, not 3.5. 2)The philosophy and culture of the company is very simple: they are making their employees to work as much as possible and they are paying to their employees as low as possible. They call it "meritocracy." 3)They are paying approximately 20% below the market salary and they are making 1 employee to do a job of 2 or 3 people. 4)Most of employees consider this job as temporary job until they found a better one (most of employees work here less than 1 year). 5)Company understands that most of their employees are looking for another job and company is hiring nonstop for all positions 6)During last 3 years the value of the company increased for 50% or $6B, why? because company pays salary significantly below the market and company makes 1 employee to do a job of 2 or 3 people 7)Company can't afford to hire professional managers and most of them just threatening employees that they will be fired. It's their management style. 8)Several employees already sued company.

Honesty and integrity are two of our core values at Axos. All our reviews are from current or former employees throughout Axos. Glassdoor requires email verification for each review posted and uses a proprietary technology to detect abuse. The bonus program is intended to reward based on one's contribution. It is most beneficial to those who remain at Axos longer term as the vesting schedule for our stock grants is 3 years (1/3 vests per year). Axos operates in the extremely dynamic and competitive financial services industry. Accordingly, Axos moves quickly to maintain its strong competitive position within that market. We understand that this can be challenging. We are actively hiring to improve our Team Members’ work balance as there continues to be worldwide labor shortages. Axos believes in promoting from within and continues to enhance our management training program for new and existing leaders.
