Pros

I feel comfortable here, but I'm not really growing or being challenged much. The routine is easy to fall into, which is good for keeping stress low, but it can also make the days feel long and repetitive.

Cons

Not much excitement or energy

Pros

Pay was good starting my career but not sustainable

Cons

Wish there was more structure in the company. Everything just moves at the pace management wants to go and it’s up to the BU to “figure out”

The Jr. Banking Analyst program is a structured rotational experience in which analysts complete three to four six month rotations across various business units. Each rotation increases in complexity as participants progress through the program. If you have any concerns about workload, we encourage you to discuss them with your dedicated program manager.
