      Pros

      Mid-sized team, so you’re not lost in a giant corporate structure. Good work environment, especially if you want to learn design systems and stakeholder management and sharpen your prototyping skills. Competitive salary and benefits (401k match, stock bonuses, and employee mortgage discounts).

      Cons

      Banking is heavily regulated, so there are lots of compliance-driven constraints.

      Cons

      If you are looking for frequent social events, nap pods, ping pong tables, and hybrid work schedules, Axos is not for you.
