Pros

Ability to learn from experienced professionals, with the JBA program you get a lot of exposure from rotations and the ability to see what you really want to do. Great work environment and culture.

Cons

Have not experienced any during my time here.

Pros

I like the vibe in Axos Bank; people are nice, open-minded, and love to help. Also, the career promotion and position transfer mechanisms are institutionalized and run smoothly within different departments. My favorite part is there is a nice gym downstairs, and I can do a few workouts during lunchtime to refresh myself.

Cons

This a big company with 2 buildings, and you might not get close to everyone in this company.
