      - The people are nice, including my immediate manager. - Bonus structure is rewarding. - They pay for or reimburse expenses for study materials for further career advancements.

      Cons

      - Movement up takes a while. - Opportunities to interact with and show yourself to upper management can be challenging, More opportunities needed.
