Compensation Work Pace Team Members Location On-Site Flexibility Merit Based Lots of Room to Grow and Learn

Cons

Not Much in the way of Cons: Salary is not usually changed except for with a title change Can be a little cut throat because everyone is worried about their bonuses so may try to undermine your work and call it their own (but that is like this in most all corp settings) On-Site but with some flexibility to WFH
